Yes. Every booking includes a professional on-site attendant to manage the booth, guide guests, and keep everything running smoothly.
How much space is needed for the 360 booth?
We typically need about 10×10 feet of space and access to a standard power outlet. We’ll confirm space requirements ahead of your event.
How many people can be on the platform at once?
Depending on the platform size, 1–5 people can safely participate at a time. We ensure all guests are positioned safely.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes, and breakdown takes about 30 minutes. Setup and breakdown are always included.
Is the booth safe?
Yes. Our platform is designed for stability and safety, and our attendants ensure all guests follow safety guidelines.
What happens if there’s a technical issue?
Our equipment is professionally maintained, and an attendant is always on-site to handle any issues immediately.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak event seasons.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Cleveland, Ohio and serve surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
